A Plumber, Tiler, or General Builder who may for ease of installation etc., prefer a straight swap rather than design the bathroom you want.
Will it be what you expect ? Will they ask you what you want and can it be installed ? What are the problems with installation and will they look at all the options for moving sanitary ware, repositioning pipe-work and drainage etc. ? Are they registered and aware of recent regulation changes to Electrical (Part P) and Gas installations and can they provide required certification ?

WE have 16 years of bathroom and plumbing experience and are CORGI registered plumbers and heating engineers. We can advise you on lighting, heating, flooring and ceiling options.
We have a vast library of product and suppliers, a knowledge database of products, prices and are affiliated to major wholesale suppliers offering discounts through our name.
We produce a CAD working drawing of all options and full specification sheet, before and after photo's and a port folio of colour prints of your chosen bathroom furniture and fittings.
Potential installers now know what you really want and know it can be installed.
We can install or recommend installers, teams or individuals and arrange inspections during installation to ensure quality and best practices. What you want can be achieved with our advice.
Removal
- Removal of existing bathroom suite
- Isolation of all water services, including valves on all service pipework to sanitaryware
- Removal of all tiles including borders, window beading etc
- Removal of any plaster, plasterboard or lathe-plaster if affected by removal of tiling.
- Removal of all debris including broken tiles and the old bathroom suite from site
Fitting
Professional fitting by one of our experienced and friendly fitters. Your fitter will look after the whole job from start to finish. He will take great care not to make a mess of your house, we always dust-sheet from the entrance to your home through to all working areas.
Making Good
- All plastering, studding, plasterboard and skimming as needed.
- Tiling the wall and floor, new flooring or ply over sheeting to make good the floor if needed
- All the tiles will be grouted.
- Pipes will be boxed in where desirable (and possible!)
- The bath and sink edges will be sealed with silicone sealant.
- The whole room will be left clean and tidy.
*The entire job from start to finish should take no more than 5 - 7 days
