Planning Your Bathroom

Probably the greatest challenge in making over a bathroom is working out how to achieve the style and build in the features you want within the limits of what is probably the smallest room in the house. A second limiting factor is the location of existing plumbing pipes and electrical wiring. Our Replacement Only and Supply and Replacement Options are a makeover not a redesign so the main bathroom items - bath, WC and sink - need to stay where they are and you need to plan changes and additions around the existing location of these three items.

If however any of these items can be relocated within the budget and time allocated to your option choice, we would endeavour to do so, such things can be agreed before we start.
