Refurbishment

A Bathroom Refurbishment priced up to approximately £5000 consists mostly of a replacement, in their existing position, of a bath and sanitary ware, furniture and accessories.

Replacement or addition of furniture would be with a high quality white matt finished product which is available in many sizes as complete fitted furniture units to basins and WC's.

A standard sized bathroom consists of 18 metres of wall tiling and this is supplied and installed within the basic price structure

We will also install a UPVC white wood grain ceiling which is of panel construction giving a very clean finish ideal for the modern bathroom.

We can install a complete Concealed cistern WC unit and a Wash hand basin unit with a semi recessed basin giving you the best of basin size and convenient storage space. A Back to wall WC can be installed.

Chrome heated towel rails and valves are features which give an added luxury to any bathroom and they come in a variety of sizes to suit any bathroom. A 1700mm x 700mm single end bath and panel to match the furniture is included in the quote.
